This month in your 1-2-1’s we will be working with you to set monthly financial goals for you to aim towards. The aim of this is to help you keep track of your monthly income and to help you achieve your goals.
We require all brokers to send the following information by the second working day of each month (so the next date will be 2nd March) which you can find in the CRM:
- Number of apps submitted
- Value of Proc fees (for apps submitted)
- Broker fees taken
- Total value of completions
- Number of solicitor referrals you have instructed to Movin Legal
- Number of protection applications submitted
- Number of general insurance applications submitted
We will then pull this all together in a report for you to go through in your 1-2-1’s.
For this month, can you please send the above across by COB tomorrow so we can get everything ready ahead of your first 1-2-1 next week.
