As some of you may be aware, we will soon be able to use Shawbrook Bank directly rather than via a packager for bridging and mortgages (for development finance we can use them directly).
Shawbrook Bank have fantastic bridging rates and are excellent for commercial lending. As a firm, we should aim to use them as much as possible for bridging and commercial primarily due to the fantastic rates and reviews I’ve received from other brokers who have used Shawbrook in the past for bridging and commercial.
As you know, time and speed are of the essence for bridging transactions. It is always best to use a lender with good reviews from other brokers for reassurance.
