Pricing per Case (Advisor can choose what to go for):
App Pack: App pack issued to client and docs chased, checked and uploaded onto portal – £20
DIP Only: DIP is keyed and passed back to Adviser for check and submit – £35
Application Keying Only: Application is keyed and passed back to Adviser for check and submit – £75
Processing Only: Adviser’s submits the case and passes straight over to Abundance. We will then oversee the case through to completion, which includes case handling, chasing lender for updates, liaising with client to collect documents, chasing solicitors – £100
Full Case Management: Case passed to Abundance once signed up and we then complete the DIP, App and oversee the case through to completion – £175
File check & Suitability letter: Suitability letter produced and passed to the adviser for checking. Final file check, along with FF check to ensure all information is completed – £30

*Commercial Mortgages, Complex BTL’s and Semi Commercial Mortgages are charged at either £250 per case or 10% of the procuration fee (whichever is higher).
How to instruct admin support
- Set the task to ‘admin team’ on Smartr and label it as ADMIN SUPPORT REQUIRED. In the ‘details section’ of Smartr confirm which admin package you would like for that particular case.
- Send an email to admin@abundancenetwork.co.uk to confirm that you have a set a task on Smartr. If you are a broker part of Your Keys and Protection, then please email adminteam@yourkeysandprotection.com
- Please ensure when you email the admin team, your confirm the following:
- Applicant Name
- Lender
- Lender Login (User/Password/Memorable info)
- Submission Route
- Type (Residential/BTL
- Transaction Type (Purchase/Remo)
- Product
- Deposit & source (purchase only)
- Direct Debit account (sort code/account number)
- Broker Fee and when due
- Additional notes that may help admin
