In regards to the updating of CPD activity as highlighted below, please ensure this is completed by Monday 20th December 2021.
Abundance Finance will be implementing a governance programme to ensure adherence to firm processes by all of its Advisers.
From January; Abundance will issue Advisers a penalty fine of £200.00 if after receiving 3 documented warnings; there has been a failure to act. This for example could include updating your CPD or failing to complete remedial action on a customers file. It’s hoped however that such a penalty will not come to fruition and that we are able to support you in ensuring that all governance is adhered to as a matter of course.
